DOUGH

The shortcrust pastry of i Fortini is prepared in a slow and delicate way, using in this case of the vegans, only sunflower seed oil, cane sugar, oat-based vegetable drink 11%. no butter onor eggs here!

ROLLING

The Cookies are produced as they once were, rolled by hand, without the help of machinery or molds

CUTTING AND COOKING

After rolling, the Fortini are cooled for 24 hours, cut and then baked in the oven. sometimes even 48 hours.

PACKAGING After cooking the Fortini are cooled to room temperature and finally packaged one by one in single portions
