Prepared according to the oldest and simplest recipe with Currant only.

Added sugar approximately 30%, contains no colorings, no preservatives or pectin.

Tip by the producers

The Flavor because they are made with fresh fruit. The natural color of the fruit because it is cooked over an open flame, and therefore does not require the addition of colourants.

The absence of added sugar or its possible minimal use allows us to create a product with a proportionally high percentage of processed fruit compared to the more usual procedures adopted, thus allowing us to create a dense product without having to add thickening substances.

Authenticity because only pasteurization is used as a preservation method which provides an indisputable guarantee of preservation, in fact the jam, once opened, must be stored in the refrigerator.
